The Problem
The maritime industry is one of the oldest in the world. One that has been male-dominated from the beginning of time, right up to the present day. Women continue to remain underrepresented accounting for just 1% of the total number of seafarers employed. And this reflected in their recruitment numbers into maritime academies worldwide.
The Insight
The best way to recruit potential female students is to give them, and the people around them who influence their decisions, the pitch they need to hear.
The Solution
MISC Group decided to change the course for young girls by creating Chart Her Course. A single immersive experience with a thousand different ways to experience it. We tailored what the audience heard to what they saw, to the person in the room.
